We received this as a package with a Yamaha keyboard. It came with only one bolt (don't know how many there should be) and no instructions. When I went to their website there seemed to be no way to contact World Tour directly, just their vendors.

The stand is very good for the price. I don't use my keyboard too much so I didn't need anything too fancy. When putting it together, the instructions weren't extremely clear but it's not too difficult to figure out.

This stand was suprisingly sturdy and portable. A great product, especially given the cost! We were worried the stand would not actually support the weight that it stated it would hold...it did for us! We used it with a heavy, bulky, and dated keyboard and it gave the support we needed to securely hold the keyboard. It also folded easily so it traveled well.
