Bought this for a Christmas gift and after following the instructions and learning the product, it made excellent coffee, no spatters, drips or acid taste. We use the vacation switch after we finish the coffee and turn it on in the morning. Ours is white and matches perfectly with white appliance and has a retro look about it. The best part was that this coffee maker was made in the USA, although it may contain imported parts.

Coffee is quick and hot. Unit looks nice, is a little tall and on a handy caddy it Barely fits under the cabinets on the counter. It's real kind of a big unit. Works as advertised!

This mask, unless you have been careless with it, absolutely does NOT leak! One person said it leaked, but they probably kept the blood in the pump while it was not being used which the package says specifically NOT to do! None of the tubes or connections to the mask seem flimsy, and the only reasons I can see for it to leak would be if the owner was careless and rough with it, or used the pump as a storage bottle for the blood. Don't post reviews if your intention is to blame your own silly mistake on the product.

Yesterday I wrote a review on this item titled "Currently dissapointed, but this mask has some potential". My point of view on it has totally changed. I returned it and got another one, tested it with the blood that was included, and was 100% pleased. I will list the pros and cons.

Pros

1.Blood flow is realistic, scary, and fun

2.Blood drains back into pump quickly and reliably

3.Blood flow makes this mask an "interactive" costume

4.Assuming that you run water through the mask after using it, the blood will not stain the mask

5. Blood flow serves a second unintentional purpose-it is like a cooling system. Everyone knows what it's like to go trick-or-treating for hours under a hot, sweaty mask. When you squirt the blood, you can feel it trickling down the mask and it is fairly cold. This is one feature that I like a lot.

Cons

1.The only con that I can think of is that you cannot store the blood in the pump while the mask is not being used, which means that you have to pour it into a bottle, which can result in a loss of blood. When I tried to make homemade blood for the mask, using water and red food dye, I found that the homemade blood would be more likely to stain the mask than the included blood. Basically my point is that there is a chance of losing blood, and if you lose too much you have to buy some more, and homemade blood is not an option.

Even though you may have to purchase more blood for the mask, you can get a whole quart of it at Wall-Mart for only five bucks. This is the most awesome mask ever! Forget light-up eyes, big axes, or all that other filth. If you want realism and/or scariness, look no further.

I got the entire costume that includes the robe, gloves, and this mask. Currently I am slightly dissapointed because when I tested it with water one day it worked perfectly but the next day it had a problem with draining the water from the mask back into the heart pump. There were, however, obvious signs that I had simply recieved a defective mask, because the tube that was supposed to drain the liquid did not have any water flowing in it, and there were also krinkles in the second layer of the mask right near the drainage point, which may have been blocking the water flow. The one time it did work, it was awesome and really realistic (you can even control whether you want it to drizzle or gush blood like a hose, depending on how hard you squeeze the pump), and I know that it can definitely last more than one day. I know because lots of people on my street use this costume and the blood flow works perfectly. I will return this costume and get the same one, and if it's problem-free, my rating will change to 100 stars!

WAY too expensive. I don't see any logical argument for buying this brand of blush ever again. For $2 I can buy a perfectly good, pretty colored pressed powder blush from any drugstore or grocery store that has slimmer packaging and therefore takes up less space in my purse or travel cosmetics bag. I can't believe I spent $28 on this tiny box of makeup - that manages to take up the space that 3 cheaper brand blushes would normally occupy!

This bag was great and protects my laptop really well. I have a few compaints though. The bag is waaaay larger than I anticipated. It fits a 17 inch laptop pretty well. There is a back velco piece that attaches the flap. It's starting to wear and become fuzzy. I use the bag everyday. Hope this helps!

The bag is enormous, has a million compartments, velcro closures, pen slots, zippered pockets...it is really about the best shoulder/messenger/laptop bag I've ever seen. I LOVE it.

BUT...BIG BUT here...there are heavy absolutely unnecessary pieces of hardware on it, that make it far more leaden and cumbersome than necessary. Is this is fashion - industrial hard edged brushed steel hardware? to me it's just ridiculous extra weight. Those metal pieces are played down in the images, but they're rather prominent and the squared loop you put the plastic flap through might seem clever, but it could have been done with lighter weight materials instead of two thick pieces of steel, adding to the overall weight of the bag. Plus there's a really clunky big bottle opener WITH a giant hex nut opener on it and which for the life of me I can't figure why one would need a hex nut opener. If you know please tell me. I'm dying of curiosity.

overall this bag comes with a lot of heavy metal on it. which is kind of dumb because with all these pockets and such, it's really been designed to haul a enormous amount of stuff in it. So what you end up with is a very very heavy bag.

Figure the the decoration, plus all the stuff you cram in it like computer and tablet and books and pads and flashlights and Ricollas and pens and stylus and chapsticks, maybe a mini pharmacy and small tools, perhaps an umbrella and last week's mail, magazines, coupon books and whatever else a spouse might secretly stuff into it setting out on a death marches, the total weight will no doubt make a permanent dent in anyone's shoulder.

SO...if you happen to see an old lady with a strange droopy shoulder lying on the ground clutching her heart with one hand and wildly waving a cleverly designed beer bottle opener with the other, it'll probably be me.

I just melted my third Ultramax dispenser in the bottom rack of the dishwasher, so I'm shopping for a new one. I'm glad so many people have complained about the poor design, perhaps some day it will make a difference when they finally come up with a new model. Until then, here is my tip for easy removal of the the reservoir: Wrap a loop of fishing line around the white upper reservoir before you place it in the lower part. I wrapped it twice for extra strength, and tie the ends tightly. When you want to remove the upper part, simply lift up on the loop of fishing line and it pulls right out. The line is thin enough not to interfere with the fit of the lid. I wipe the line with 10% Clorox each time I clean the unit and replace the filter. They could easily fix this problem by texturizing the sides of the white upper reservoir. I'll try that next...

We bought this in 2006 & have since thrown it in the trash. After several uses, we noticed a slight charcoal film inside which we guess was caused by the filter. We now buy bottled water.

I am writing this review because I have noticed that many customers say, that particularly the drain cock is badly designed. True is that you cannot drain the tank completely but this is NOT a design error! No, it is well thought trough and I will explain you why.

1.) With the spigot located on a slightly higher water level it is allowing the remaining sediments to stay at the bottom of the tank without floating out once opening the spigot. Otherwise you would have them in your drinks.

2.) Keeping a minimum water level in the tank is protecting your filter unit from drying out. This is important to not destroy the carbon filter.

I am using this pitcher now for more than 6 months. I have not yet experienced any issue with leaking. The materials used are of high quality. I can not at all complain about this product, but what I can do is recommending it. The reason why I am not giving a five star rating is not because I am not totally happy with the product, it is mainly because in my opinion the customer should be made aware that, even the tank volume is big, you can / should not use the full amount of filtered water.

I'm seven months pregnant. And I woke up 12 lbs heavier one morning than the night before. All water. All in my feet and ankles. And so random. I don't use salt! I drink gallons of water a day! I'm eating properly! It was like a bad dream where I could not recognize my own lower legs. Support stockings? Well I tried that. Under socks. Might work maybe if I didn't live in Chicago where the current temp is 22 degrees AND if my daily routine didn't include walking a year old border collie pup for miles in our fresh 4 inches of snow. Full stockings took forever to peel and roll off to pee plus who wants to feel like a full body version of sausage? The knee ones really were hard to put on (I also have SI pain) and you try talking your big manly husband through helping with that! I tried another brand of support socks but really, they were thin, itchy and more like the stockings.

Not these. These are wonderful socks! Fast shipping (arrived next day without paying extra). They feel like warm, soft, plush, cushy sport socks. No one at physical therapy (for the SI pain) knows they are support socks. I bought a few more pairs and wear them daily. It has helped amazingly. In two days of daily wearing and walking I lost the 12 lbs of water weight so it no longer feels like I'm trudging around with heavy ankle weights. At night (if I don't put the socks on in the evening after my bath) I can get slight swelling, but it is gone by morning and has not popped up again. These really saved my legs and my activity level because I'm not the kinda person who can *do* bedrest without going stir-crazy. Give them a try. I wish had these years ago when I would work 12-18 hours on my feet bartending!

I really like the show rack. I gave four stars because of one the drills was missing.
With the help of hammer and the Allen wrench they sent I managed to put the screw in.
It looks really nice and definitely not cheap.

ViewSonic VPAD7 Review by Carol (Fort Collins)

I wanted a smaller tablet which could double as a phone for business. I do much more email than calling. Smartphones are too small, and that sexy Ipad tablet is too big doesn't have a phone. The Viewpad 7 fit the bill and the price is reasonable. After a month of use, here are my comments.

* Phone. Was able to walk into T-Mobile, get a sim card and the $30 pre-paid month-to-month phone plan. No hassle. If you're a big talker, you probably want a "real" phone, but this works just fine for short use.

* Android OS. No, not as cool as the Apple os. I've had to re-set a couple of times. But, good enough. The Android market place has quite a few free apps -- some work, some don't.

* Email. Just what I wanted. No hassle to set up, and much easier to read & respond to email than on a smart phone.

* Camera. My primary use is reading QR codes. Works fine for this. Not a great camera, but if you need a Pendex, buy that instead.

* Word, PowerPoint & PDFs. Comes with Docs to Go software which does the basics. I probably wouldn't read a book on it, but fine for business documents.

* Display. Looks clear & crisp to me. Some glare if you're not right in front of it, but not a big deal.

Negatives (I would rate these as minor):
* Can't seem to get the picture gallary software to work. Perhaps user error.
* The little speaker cover on the left-hand side pops open when I turn off the unit. It doesn't come off, but makes me wonder about long-term durability.
* The cover/stand doesn't work when the charging cord is plugged in.

still getting into using the tablet but it does what is described in the information. Could be a bit faster but it is a tablet, not a notebook. Limited on board memory makes the user monitor his downloads. Would be nice if all the downloads could go to the sd card. Skype can be very useful if you want to use it as a phone internationally.

The VPAD 7 meets most all my needs. It is a very convenient size and offers phone, a tethering modem, and internet access via phone provider and wifi. It also works well as a ebook reader. These are all very important features as I am cruising on a sailboat the VPAD 7 provides most all my normal communication needs in a package that can used aboard and also easily carried ashore. The major Cons are that there is very limited on-board memory and storage, and the battery life is limited. Because many of the necessary Apps must reside on phone memory, out-of-memory errors have been common making browsing difficult and texting unavailable. I removed the factory installed Market program, and loaded all Apps that I could on the SD card. This seems to have freed enough memory that these issues now "appear" to be resolved.

This bassinet was very useful. My newborn would sleep very well in it, even better than in her standing bassinet.
She used it until she was 3 and a half months. We were very happy with the purchase and I think it's so much healthier than using a snap and go car seat. The only problem was that the bassinet would take up too much space in the car but it was worth the effort!

My son is 2 and has this fear of being in high unstable situations ,(swings, etc) At first he was absolutly terrified because it wiggled while we were in the stopped position...( I reccomend having two people during child loading or useing a fence to wedge the front tire in) but as soon as we got going he was fine! I've taken this on the road and on trails through our national park. The shocks really help with bouncy trails..which sadley is my sons FAVORITE part. The most complicated part of bulding is the mounting bracket. I had to have my brother in law install that because I was LOST. But once the mounting bracket is attached the seat comes on and off easy. If your worried about the harness.. Dont be..I was concerned with the fact that my son had learned to undue buckles and didnt want him doing that while in the car seat.. These buckles can be a struggle for an adult and my son is not able to unlatch it. I love that the seat itself is not screwed down to the bike , makes traveling on the car ALOT easier!

I purchased both the mickey amd minnie chairs for my three and one year old. The chairs are very sturdy and well made. I am very pleased with the purchase. Without the legs the height is just right for my one year old to climb into. The Minnie chair is especially cute!

I purchased it for my 7 year old as a present so we haven't used it as of yet. Upon inspection the box came and it was very thin cardboard and poor quality. The box was crushed and ripped in places. The chair inside was wrapped in plastic and the legs are wrapped separately in plastic. The chair IS a tiny bit smaller than I expected, but my daughter will still be able to use it. She is very tall and slender. I don't think it would fit a "chubby" 7 year old.

This chair seems to be of great quality. The fabric is felt like and feels plush and soft. The stitching is done well. I'm disappointed with the legs on the chair, they are cheap, thin plastic. They really skimped here. I will probably replace these with some wooden legs of my own. Also, you have to install the legs yourself which includes having to drill the holes for the screws - this explains the user pictures of the chair with no legs. :)

Other than the legs and the packaging, I am in love with this chair and I think the quality is good enough that after my 7 year old outgrows it I can pass it down to my niece. It would be nice to have some long term user reviews to see if the quality holds up. It's def. worth the money in my opinion.

We were thinking about this stroller for a long time, and finally we bought it. And i am Glad we did! the moment my husbund lifted it out of the box i was inlove. This stroller is nicer looking in real life then on the pic! it is still bright orange and i love it!
Rolls really good and it seams very safe and strudly! 5-point harnes gives extra security!
I have two boys one is 3 and one is 1. Looks like my 3 year old will fit in the stroller for atleast 6months to 1 year longer! and hes is tall for his age! and my 1 year old loves the ride.
We have'nt jog with this stroller yet but i think it will be a good jog! :)
We had a single jogging stroller with fixed wheel so we knew that we want fixed wheel and how to manuver it!

Update 9/15/2011

We still love the stroller, but i already poped the tire.. :(( My hubby said he can fix it ofcourse. i feel bad because it was my fault.. ooopss :))


Pacific Cycle 11-AR208 Review by Mom of the Year (Picture it: Sicily, 1914.)

This stroller was easy to assemble. It's also very well made and sturdy, the canvas is tough and there is a big storage net underneath. However, it is not practical. The fixed wheel is very difficult to push, even just walking around a large lake in the park. Very hard to maneuver around the slightest bends, and real turns of course are worse. I believe this is just a fixed wheel stoller issue, not an issue with the InStep product itself. If you plan to use your jogger in a store or mall (in addition to walking or jogging), get a movable front wheel instead. We purchased this fixed wheel stroller because of the reasonable price and good construction, but it has not met our needs as far as being able to push the kids in it when we exercise. We certainly could never take it to the outlet mall.


Pacific Cycle 11-AR208 Review by DL lover

Unfortunately, I had a very difficult time getting my stroller (looooong story), but third time's the charm! I really like this stroller. It goes over sidewalk cracks, hoses, and large bumps like it's nothing, which is perfect for running. It's easy to turn and maneuver and pushes SO easy. Certainly easier than any other stroller I have used. My little guy (he's one) loves it (we only have one child but are planning on another one soon). The large undercarriage is awesome as well, and I like that you don't have to worry about the tire spokes pulling the wheel one way or the other.

The only problems I have had is that we had to add screw/washers to each side of the front wheel so it attaches safely, and the brake is too tight. I've followed the given manual on how to make it fit the tire at least six times, and watched 3 YouTube videos and it still won't fit just right. Also, when I do get it so it's not rubbing the tire, it lists to the left as soon as I pull the brake-very annoying. I will be taking it to a bike shop and have them adjust it for me, but after that, it will be perfect.

Don't expect this stroller to fold up flat-it doesn't. Once it's folded it's still about a foot wide with the wheels off, but if you know to expect it, it's not a big deal. We can toss it in the back seat of our Elantra with the baby, or we can wrestle with it a little to get it into the trunk. It does take up a lot of space, but we knew it would and made arrangements.

I wasn't hot on the color at first (it's VERY bright), but then I realized that we'll never get hit by cars, no matter what time of the day we're out, hardly anyone would want to steal it since it would be so obvious, and we'll always be able to spot the stroller at Disneyland, which we go to up to 4 times a year.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is easy to use and easy to read. There is no fuss or bother, just hook it up and it reads everything it says it will. It paid for it's self inside of the first use by the money that was saved.


Actron CP9580L Review by Ken

I bought the Actron CP9580 to diagnose ABS failure on my 2004 Ford Explorer. Within 10 minutes of opening the box, I knew exactly which speed sensor had failed. I spent about 5 minutes glancing at the instructions, and then another 5 minutes connecting the tool, and reading the error codes. After buying a new sensor, I spent probably 30 minutes installing it. Problem solved!
As stated in some other reviews, make sure it supports your vehicle. It definitely pointed me in the right direction for an ABS failure on a 2004 Explorer.


Actron CP9580L Review by Terry Jr.

I have been an Actron fan for many years now and when I saw this tool I wanted it. This is my first scan tool. I have an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology from Vale Technical Institute in Blairsville, Pa. This tool is good to pull your OBD II codes and also pulls ABS codes on GM, Ford, and Chrysler OBD II cars and trucks. The one thing I found disappointing is the limited Real Time Data PID's. I also found the OD II tests limited. I could only test EVAP on all 3 of my vehicles. I know this is only a limited tool so I may purchase the Actron Elite AutoScanner Pro (CP9190). If you are a do-it-yourselfer and need to pull those codes as well as ABS codes this is an OK tool for that. Also the CodeConnect feature is a nice touch.
